PERMABOND 3D90
Harmonization Code : 3907.30.00.40 | Epoxy Mold Compounds containing by weight more than 70 % silicon dioxide
Main features
- Ultra-Low-Viscosity Deep Infiltration
- Delayed-Set Deep Part Penetration
- Low-Odor Low-Bloom Surface Finishing
Product Description
PERMABOND 3D90 is an alkoxyethyl cyanoacrylate infiltrant developed for granular and powder-based 3D-printed parts. Its ultra-low 4 mPa s viscosity and delayed-set behavior promote deep penetration into porous printed structures, while the low-odor, low-bloom formulation is suited to spot application or dip-bath infiltration. The product is clear and colourless and cures by ambient moisture without separate curing equipment. After infiltration, printed parts can be handled, sanded, painted, or bonded as the process requires, making 3D90 a specialized finishing and strengthening material for complex printed geometries.
Key features
- Ultra-Low 4 mPa s Viscosity: The 3D90 grade uses an ultra-low viscosity for maximum penetration into porous printed parts.
- Delayed-Set Deep Infiltration: Delayed cure speed extends penetration before the infiltrant sets within the printed structure.
- Low-Odor Low-Bloom Finish: The alkoxyethyl formulation minimizes odor and powdery white surface residue during infiltration.
Applications
Infiltration and strengthening of granular or powder-based 3D-printed parts by spot application or dip bath.
