Product Description
MOLYKOTE L-3246 Synthetic Compressor Oil is an ISO VG 46 PAG/POE synthetic compressor oil with typical kinematic viscosity of 48.2 cSt at 40 deg C and 9.4 cSt at 100 deg C. Its viscosity index is 183, and the formulation includes rust-and-oxidation additives. The oil is used for compressor lubrication, including rotary-screw service. Because this PAG-based product is not compatible with mineral-oil or PAO lubricants, it should not be mixed with those chemistries. The L-3246 fluid system is for equipment where this exact grade is specified.
