Product Description
MOLYKOTE 7375 Lubolid Additive Powder is a free-flowing gray blend of inorganic solids used as a multipurpose additive in friction-lining formulations. Passenger-car and railroad brake pads are the main applications, while other supported Lubolid applications include disc, drum, rail, industrial brake and clutch linings. The powder may be added at a recommended 3 to 7 weight percent and mixed to homogeneous distribution. Its application-temperature limit is 650 deg C. Grade-specific properties include 0.74 g/cm3 tamped density, 3.1% residue on a 100 micron screen and 1.0% maximum moisture; these are additive properties, not finished-brake performance ratings.
