Product Description

LOCTITE SI 594 is a one-component white acetoxy RTV silicone adhesive/sealant for potting, coating, sealing, and general industrial bonding. The thixotropic paste has a specific gravity of 1.01 at 25 deg C and an extrusion rate of at least 300 g/min under the specified Semco-cartridge test. Moisture exposure produces a tack-free surface in about 2 hours, and full cure is stated at 24 hours, with cure time dependent on temperature, humidity, and gap. After one week at 22 deg C, cured elongation is at least 275% and tensile strength is at least 0.8 N/mm2.
