Product Description
LOCTITE LB N-5000 is a one-component nickel-and-graphite anti-seize formulation in a petroleum carrier for high-purity threaded-fastener and metal-fit service. The formulation contains low practical levels of halogens, sulfur, heavy metals, and copper. Its typical operating range is -29 to 1315 deg C. Typical as-supplied data include specific gravity 1.12 to 1.27 at 25 deg C and unworked penetration of 330 to 380 1/10 mm by ISO 2137. On the specified 12.7 mm 304 stainless-steel fastener configuration, the torque coefficient is 0.18.
