Product Description
LOCTITE LB 8713 is a clear liquid aerosol penetrating oil based on petroleum-distillate chemistry. Its low surface tension allows the oil to flow between rusted and corroded parts to break the bond of oxidized metal. The fluid has flow similar to SAE 10 motor oil and releases rusted or frozen lugs, bolts, screws, fasteners, and other metal components. It also lubricates close-fitting and moving metal parts during overhaul and repair. The supplied liquid has a specific gravity of 0.8 at 25 deg C, and application guidance calls for spraying an even coat from about 20 to 25 cm.
