Product Description
LOCTITE LB 8013 is a non-curing, high-purity metal-free anti-seize lubricant based on calcium oxide and graphite. The dark gray one-component paste is made from high-purity raw materials with trace limits for halogens, sulfur, copper, aluminum, and heavy metals. Its operating range is -29 to 1315 deg C, and LMS contaminant limits include chloride at most 50 ppm, sulfur at most 100 ppm, and copper at most 50 ppm. The lubricant is used on steel, stainless steel, and selected alloy assemblies to reduce high friction, galling, and seizing during assembly and disassembly. Applications include bolts, valves, studs, pipe fittings, slip fits, and press fits.
