Product Description
LOCTITE EA 9005CL is a two-component, room-temperature curing epoxy potting compound formulated for applications requiring rapid processing and flexibility. This ultra-fast curing epoxy is supplied in a 1:1 mix ratio and develops handling strength in less than 7 minutes on common substrates. Its clear appearance, high light transmission, and flexible cured profile make it suitable for overmolding and potting applications, particularly in cable assemblies where high throughput and fast fixture times are important. The cured material provides elongation of approximately 49.3%, Shore A hardness of 84, and dielectric breakdown strength of 18.5 kV/mm.
