Product Description
LOCTITE SF 7951 is a very-low-viscosity cyanoacrylate surface primer for polyolefin and other low-energy substrates. It is applied by spray, brush or dip and allowed to dry before cyanoacrylate adhesive application. The primer is recommended for difficult-to-bond polyethylene, polypropylene, PTFE and thermoplastic rubber. Typical drying time is 20 to 40 seconds at 25 deg C, and the treated surface has an on-part life of up to 8 hours. The product is not recommended for assemblies where high peel strength is required.
