Tpli 220 is a thin 0.020 in (0.51 mm) silicone thermal gap filler grade from Laird's Tpli 200 family. The boron nitride-filled sheet combines typical thermal conductivity of 6.0 W/(m K) with Shore 00 hardness of 70. Its typical density is 1.4 g/cc and volume resistivity is 5 x 10^13 ohm cm. A0 and A1 configurations allow selection without adhesive or with adhesive on one side, while sheet size may vary by part number. The material operates across the family's -45 to 200 deg C temperature range.
