Product Description
Tflex P130 is a 0.030 in (0.75 mm) soft silicone thermal gap filler with an integrated Tgard liner. The yellow elastomer provides 1.2 W/(m K) thermal conductivity and Shore 00 hardness of 13, helping it conform around component height variation at low assembly pressure. Its liner supports handling and placement of the preformed sheet while preserving a controlled nominal thickness. The material operates from -40 to 200 deg C and includes dielectric, volume-resistivity, and breakdown-voltage data for electrical-isolation screening. It is intended for compact electronics interfaces that need soft compliance, reinforced handling, and repeatable pad placement.
