Product Description
Tflex HD350 combines a 0.050 in (1.25 mm) nominal thickness with the high-deflection construction of the Tflex HD300 silicone thermal gap-filler family. Typical 2.7 W/(m K) thermal conductivity and surface wetting support a low-resistance thermal interface. Low pressure-versus-deflection characteristics accommodate manufacturing tolerances while limiting board and component stress. The pink, naturally tacky pad has typical Shore 00 hardness of 38, a +/- 10% thickness tolerance, and an operating range of -40 to 200 deg C. A removable liner protects the placement surface before assembly.
