Product Description
Tflex HD320 is a 0.020 in (0.51 mm) silicone thermal gap-filler sheet in the Tflex HD300 high-deflection family. Its typical 2.7 W/(m K) thermal conductivity and surface-wetting behavior create a low-resistance interface, while low pressure-versus-deflection characteristics accommodate variable gaps with minimal board and component stress. The pink pad has typical Shore 00 hardness of 38 and a -40 to 200 deg C temperature range. Natural tack and a removable liner support placement onto the selected substrate during electronic assembly.
