Product Description
Tflex 740 uses a 0.040 in nominal thickness within the Tflex 700 family of silicone thermal gap fillers. The filled silicone sheet combines typical 5.0 W/(m K) thermal conductivity with high compliancy, allowing the pad to conform to component topography across a preformed interface. Its naturally tacky surface holds the material during assembly and transport without a separate adhesive coating. Tflex 740 is dark gray, electrically insulating, and rated for an operating range of -40 to 200 deg C, with a UL 94 V-0 flammability classification.
