Product Description
Tflex 7200 is the 0.200 in (5.08 mm) thickness grade of the silicone Tflex 700 thermal gap-filler family. This preformed dark gray sheet has typical 5.0 W/(m K) thermal conductivity and a highly compliant construction for contact with uneven component topography. Low thermal resistance at low pressure and natural tack support placement between electronic components and mating chassis or parts. The material is electrically insulating, carries a UL 94 V-0 flammability rating, and operates from -40 to 200 deg C.
