LAIRD TFLEX 380

Main features

  • 2.03 mm Preformed Gap Filling
  • Over-50% Deflection at 50 psi
  • Low-Compression-Set Pad Reuse

Product Description

Tflex 380 is a 2.03 mm preformed silicone thermal gap-filler sheet for conforming contact around electronic components. The ceramic-filled material has typical 1.2 W/(m K) thermal conductivity and deflects more than 50% of its original thickness at 50 psi. Its 25.2 Shore 00 hardness for 40 mil and thicker material and low compression set support repeated pad use. This light-green Tflex 300 grade operates over a -40 to 160 deg C temperature range.

Key features

  • 2.03 mm sheet: Provides the nominal thickness assigned to the 380 grade.
  • Pressure response: Deflects more than 50% at 50 psi for compliant contact.
  • Low compression set: Allows the preformed pad to be reused.

Applications

Applications include automotive powertrain electronics, gaming systems, instrumentation, portable devices, routers, smart-home devices and wireless infrastructure.
