Product Description
HumiSeal UV23LV is a one-part, low-viscosity UV/cationic epoxy adhesive for electronic and industrial bonding. Typical viscosity is 2,500 cP, and the adhesive bonds metals, glass, ceramics, and plastics. UV exposure brings the adhesive to handling condition in 30 seconds, while secondary cure is completed in 24 hours at room temperature or 1 hour at 150 deg C. After cure, the clear adhesive reaches Shore D80 hardness and a typical operating-temperature range of -10 to 200 deg C. Its low-viscosity format combines fast light response with secondary cure for bonded electronic and industrial assemblies.
Key features
- Low-viscosity dispensing: Typical supplied viscosity is 2,500 cP.
- Fast UV handling: Handling condition is reached in 30 seconds with UV exposure.
- Secondary cure flexibility: Full cure is 24 hours at room temperature or 1 hour at 150 deg C.
Applications
Electronic and industrial bonding of metals, glass, ceramics, and plastics.
