Main features

  • Fast 30-Second UV Handling
  • Multi-Substrate Surface Wetting
  • Toughened Electronic Bonding

Product Description

HumiSeal UV22 provides a one-part urethane/acrylate adhesive for light-activated electronic and industrial bonding. Its typical viscosity is 20,000 cP, and the material wets and adheres to glass, metals, ceramics, and a range of plastics. Handling condition is reached in 30 seconds using a typical total UV exposure of 1 to 2 J/cm^2. The cured adhesive is clear and toughened, with Shore D75 hardness and a typical operating-temperature range of -20 to 125 deg C. This fast response suits assembly processes that require rapid movement after light exposure.
