Product Description
LOCTITE FREKOTE R-180 is a one-part, water-based, high-slip mold release emulsion for difficult-to-release rubbers and highly abrasive compounds. It is designed for spray-gun application and produces a satin-matte finish with virtually no residue in the mold. The coating cures on a heated mold without dry time between coats, and the top coat can reach full cure in four minutes at 150 deg C. Its release profile combines high slip with low mold build-up for demanding rubber-molding processes.
