Product Description
LOCTITE FREKOTE C-200 is a one-part, water-based mold release agent designed for multiple releases per application without contaminating transfer to molded parts. It forms a thin, chemically resistant coating, produces no mold build-up, and supports molding processes across a mold-temperature range from room temperature to 205 deg C. At 150 deg C, full cure takes four minutes, and the product is used in advanced-composite molding. Release count and surface results remain dependent on the mold, material, application technique, temperature, and operating process.
