Main features

  • Broad Temperature Performance
  • Multi-Substrate Adhesion
  • Application Versatility

Product Description

ThermoGrip® H20182 is a hot melt pressure sensitive adhesive (HMPSA) designed for general-purpose bonding and light assembly applications. This adhesive provides a broad operating temperature range with stronger low-temperature performance than many general-purpose pressure sensitive adhesives while maintaining useful high-temperature capability. It offers adhesion to a variety of substrates, including metals, glass, paper, and HDPE, and features a rheological profile suitable for spray, extrusion, and other application methods. Available in drums or FFS packaging, ThermoGrip H20182 may be considered for indoor and selected outdoor light assembly applications where versatile substrate adhesion and application flexibility are important.

Key features

  • Broad temperature performance: Maintains useful adhesion performance across a wide temperature range, with documented low-temperature advantages compared with many general-purpose PSAs.
  • Multi-substrate adhesion: Bonds to a variety of common materials including steel, aluminum, glass, kraft paper, and HDPE.
  • Application versatility: Suitable for spray and extrusion application methods with a robust processing window of 275–350°F (135–177°C).
