Product Description
ARALDITE 2023-30 A/B is a two-component, room-temperature-curing flexible methacrylate structural adhesive supplied as a thixotropic paste. The adhesive can fill gaps up to 30 mm and has an as-supplied density of 1.09 g/cm^3. Cured performance includes 15.5 MPa lap shear strength under ISO 4587 at 23 deg C on sandblasted aluminum 5754, 22 MPa tensile strength under ISO 527 at 23 deg C, and 62 Shore D hardness under ISO 868 at 23 deg C. Applications include composite bonding in the manufacture of large structures.

Pot Life

Pot life is the amount of time it takes for the viscosity of a material to double (or quadruple for lower viscosity materials) in room temperature after a material is mixed.
