3M Scotch-Weld Toughened Epoxy Adhesive LSB60NS is a gray, non-sag two-part toughened epoxy for meter-mix dispensing and large-panel structural bonding. Base and accelerator mix 1:1 by volume and weight. Typical open time is 90 minutes before bond closure. At 23 deg C, typical work life is 90 minutes, handling time to 0.3 MPa overlap shear is five hours, and full cure takes seven days. Component viscosities are typically 24,000 cP for the base and 97,000 cP for the accelerator at 27 deg C by Brookfield RTV. The cured adhesive has typical Shore D hardness 62 and 3,500 psi overlap shear on prepared aluminum after seven days at 23 deg C.
